Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping and Laundry operations in Bellevue, WA. This role reports to the Executive Housekeeper and focuses on guestroom cleanliness, public spaces, linen, and staffing.

The ideal candidate will have progressive housekeeping leadership experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Progressive hotel Housekeeping or Rooms Management experience, preferably with Hyatt.
• Housekeeping and/or Laundry leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of guestroom, public-area, back-of-house, linen, and laundry quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations for guestrooms and public areas.
• Develop staffing plans and manage labor within budgets.
• Maintain quality standards and guest satisfaction scores.
• Partner with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and coach colleagues to Hyatt service standards.
