Job summary

Hilton Bellevue is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at our Bellevue property. You will inspect guest rooms and public areas, assign tasks to attendants, and ensure service standards while supporting financial performance.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with front desk and engineering, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction through proactive service and training.

Qualifications

• Hospitality housekeeping experience required (1+ years).
• Supervisory experience preferred (1+ years).
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use a computer and common software.
• Ability to communicate with guests and staff in English.

Responsibilities

• Open or close housekeeping operations and assign rooms to attendants.
• Inspect rooms and report status in the property management system.
• Complete and submit work orders as needed.
• Perform Room Attendant, Houseperson, and Laundry duties as required.
• Assist in training Room Attendants as needed.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
