Job summary

Wallick Communities seeks an Assistant Executive Director to lead daily operations at The Crescent at Oakleaf Village in Toledo, OH. You will drive occupancy, oversee hospitality services, and ensure regulatory compliance across Assisted Living and Memory Care segments.

With a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in similar communities, you’ll manage budgets, mentor staff, build partnerships, and foster an inclusive, resident-focused culture that supports independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience or equivalent in managing Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders, residents and families.
• Ability to make complex decisions impacting community operations and care.

Responsibilities

• Champion gracious hospitality and neighborliness to create a home-like environment for residents and families.
• Achieve and exceed NOI and occupancy targets for the community.
• Oversee resident experience with high standards in hospitality, culinary services, and engagement.
• Design and evaluate daily life enrichment programs promoting cognitive and social wellbeing.
• Ensure survey readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements for AL and Memory Care.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and support high-quality clinical outcomes.
