Job summary

Oak Gardens Place in Altoona, WI seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for exceptional service, financial performance, and a vibrant community culture.

You will represent the community externally, foster internal collaboration, and lead with clear communication, accountability, and compassionate leadership. This role requires a strong track record in senior living management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience, with at least 2 years as an Executive Director in senior living.
• State-specific Administrator License/Certification for Wisconsin (RCAC & CBRFs) required

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to meet budgeted goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
• Manage community financials, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Drive NOI, occupancy, and resident engagement targets.
• Lead resident-centered care and family communications.
• Hire, train, coach staff to high performance.
