Mosaic Management is seeking an Executive Director, Assistant to lead an assisted living community in Moreno Valley, CA. Must hold active RCFE California certification and LVN license.

You will hire, train, supervise clinical managers, coordinate medication passes, and ensure compliance with state regulations and quality measures. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to develop procedures to prevent medication errors while guiding admissions, move-ins,

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate the ability to provide care appropriate to residents.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Must supervise clinical managers to ensure quality care.
• Knowledge of state regulations governing assisted living facilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, and interpret programs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, motivate and evaluate clinical managers.
• Plan and assign work with RN and ED to clinical managers.
• Monitor day-to-day work and educate staff on standards.
• Coordinate information with clinical managers to prevent med errors.
• Oversee medication passes and provide education as needed.
• Complete admissions paperwork and audit resident charts.
• Coordinate move-in and orient new residents.
• Coordinate discharge process for residents.
• Ensure weekly/monthly clinical quality assurance.
