Kettle Park Senior Living recently opened in 2019 and is easily accessible on Stoughton Road (HWY 51), in Stoughton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. In this position,you will supportthe Executive Director in leading facility management staff in all aspects of operations including customer needs, government regulations, and Company policies, with focus onmaintainingexcellent care for the residents while achieving the facility's business objectives.Duties include:
Monitors each department's activities, communicates policies, evaluates performance,providesfeedback,assists,andobservescoaches and disciplines as needed.
Develops an environment that allows for creative thinking, problem solving, and empowerment in the development of the facility management team.
Oversees and conducts regular rounds tomonitordelivery of nursing care, operation of support departments, cleanliness and appearance of the facility, morale of the staff, and ensures resident needs are being addressed.
Review and adhere to departmental budget.
Monitor Human Resources to ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and to ensure practices thatmaintainhigh morale and staff retention including effectivecommunication, prompt problem resolution, and a promoting a proactive work environment.
Develops positive relationships on behalf of the Company with government regulators,residents, families, area healthcare providers, physicians, and the community at large.
