Job summary

Kettle Park Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking Resident Assistants/CNAs and HHAs to join our growing team in Stoughton, WI. We offer an 80-unit community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care, with shifts including full-time PMs, part-time, or weekends.

Wage for HHAs is $16.50-$22.00 and for CNAs $17.00-$22.50 per hour, depending on experience. Same Day Pay Available. Equal opportunity employer.

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
