Position Summary

Assist the Director of Team Services with overseeing student managers; ensuring everything is prepared correctly for each practice and game throughout the football season.

Essential Job Functions
  • Work with student‑athletes to fit their equipment properly each practice and ensure that they have the safest equipment available.
  • Manage and keep the equipment room organized while assisting athletes and coaches with any issues during fall and spring seasons.
  • Assist other staff members to ensure all sports have what they need, including issuance of equipment or laundry services.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the equipment area within a university.

Work Schedule/Hours
  • Number of Hours Per Week: 25‑30
  • Number of Months Per Year: 11
  • Staff: Mandatory
  • No Physical Demands of Position: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Compensation

Hiring range: $15.00‑$22.00 per hour. Pay will be commensurate with applicant competencies, budget, equity and market considerations.
