Assistant Enterprise Accounts Portfolio Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled security service professional for a leadership role within our Enterprise Accounts division. The Assistant Enterprise Accounts Portfolio Manager will act as an internal security operations expert, managing client relationships across multiple states. The role involves collaborating with client security executives, showcasing Allied Universal's capabilities, and serving as a liaison with branch offices and corporate support. A week-long management onboarding course will support your success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure contract compliance at all assigned properties and identify security issues and opportunities, recommending solutions to the client's security team.
  • Provide in-depth training to new on-site managers and develop annual training programs.
  • Build relationships with local and regional client contacts.
  • Work across all organizational levels to identify, analyze, and resolve problems, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Present industry best practices to teams across locations.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Identify client-specific KPIs and measure performance to ensure satisfactory scorecard results.
  • Manage administrative functions such as payroll, billing, accounts receivable, and scheduling.
  • Conduct audits and analyses of operational and financial controls related to account management.
  • Survey security officers and leaders to assess workplace satisfaction.
  • Travel up to 35% domestically to client sites and other offices.
  • Participate in industry organizations like ASIS.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all data and information.
  • Provide annual business reviews to clients and prepare accurate reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of security management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Criminal Justice.
