Job Summary:
The Portfolio Manager supports the President & CEO and Executive Director in engaging IHS’s highest-capacity donors and prospects. Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, this role coordinates personalized outreach, manages donor communications, monitors philanthropic activity, and ensures effective moves management across executive-tier relationships. This individual regularly exercises discretion, intellectual curiosity, and strong organizational awareness to deliver seamless, timely, and tailored engagement – grounded in a clear understanding of development strategy and best practices.
