We have a renewable energy client seeking to hire a Customer Portfolio Manager to join their team remotely. In this role, you will lead and manage cross-company teams to drive timely execution of warranty claims, oversee service project management, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements while supporting customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage customer relationships for operating assets and accounts in PV and BESS.
• Establish and maintain a robust customer escalation program to ensure quick responses to warranty claims.
• Engage with internal teams to validate all warranty claims and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead cross-company teams to execute service-related scopes, ensuring efficient claims processing and out-of-warranty cost recovery.
• Communicate directly with customers, providing updates and validating expectations.
• Coordinate with execution teams and supply chain to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Contract Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in energy storage systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management within industries such as global OEM, energy storage, battery manufacturing, or system integration.
• Knowledge of electrical systems installation, construction, and labor estimation.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with site construction, electrical safety, and HSE practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
