The Bridgeport Port Jefferson Ferry seeks a Licensed Third Assistant Engineer to join our engine department aboard the vessel serving Bridgeport and Port Jefferson communities. Responsibilities include daily engine maintenance, lubrication, and supporting the engineer on duty with operations.
Applicants must hold a U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credential, a Third Assistant Engineer License, a TWIC card, and a high school diploma. Drug test and physical are required.
