Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking an Assistant Project Civil Engineer to join our Engineering team, focusing on energy project site civil design, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. The role offers growth and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant, progressively responsible experience; five years preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and Engineer-in-Training (EIT) designation required.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical tasks, schedules, budgets, and deliverables; coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Design stormwater management and erosion control systems for projects; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents for project implementation.
• Support permitting with regulatory documentation for SWPPPs and erosion control measures.
