Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking an Assistant Electrical Superintendent for a full-time, on-site role at a Lost Hills, CA jobsite with travel across multiple locations. You will supervise electrical crews, coordinate with the Electrical Superintendent, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on utility-scale solar projects.

You will review drawings, manage submittals, and support commissioning and turnover activities while mentoring junior crew members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field construction supervision experience.
• Experience with utility-scale solar projects preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA 70E and NEC standards.
• Strong scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control skills.
• Experience with inverter skid underground installation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce safety procedures and participate in safety training programs.
• Coordinate constructability for the electrical scope of solar projects.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and schedules with project teams.
• Maintain CPM project schedules to meet milestones.
• Lead field construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Travel to support multiple project sites.
