Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ field construction supervisory experience.
• 3 years’ utility-scale solar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and NEC standards.
• Experience with scheduling, expediting and cost control.
• Experience with PV solar commissioning and testing.
• Ability to supervise multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical subcontractors and crews on site.
• Promote safety and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate pre-job, progress, and subcontractor meetings.
• Support commissioning, testing, and turnover to Owner.
