What you'd do as an ADON at Care Initiatives:

• Assist the DON in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department, gaining valuable experience and expertise for potential advancement.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor care delivery concerns and progress; acknowledge improvements while proposing and helping implement solutions to address concerns.
• Enforce policies and guide the team, fostering personal and team growth.

• Participate in an on-call rotation with other leadership team members.

What it takes to become an ADON with Care Initiatives:

• Valid RN license in good standing; must be valid within Iowa or be able to activate one.
• Current, valid CPR certification.
