Job summary

The Blaine County office of the Oklahoma District Attorneys Council seeks a managing attorney to handle all Blaine County matters including felony, misdemeanor, deprived and delinquent cases. Preference will be given to attorneys with at least five years of prosecution experience.

Graduation from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Oklahoma are required. This is a full-time state employee position with a salary range of $70,000–$120,000 and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Oklahoma.
• Minimum five (5) years of prosecution experience preferred.
• Strong oral advocacy, legal writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all Blaine County matters including felony, misdemeanor, deprived and delinquent cases.
• Provide leadership as a managing attorney and supervise legal staff.
• Maintain professional standards and ensure ethical compliance.
