  • Represent Trinity and CUGS to constituents and help set direction for the center.
  • Manage communications: website, blogs, social media, and newsletters.
  • Plan, advertise, and host meetings, workshops, and conferences; supervise student workers.
  • Support visiting faculty through staffing searches and onboarding.
  • Assist visiting scholars and coordinate with the New University in Exile Consortium.
  • Monitor budget expenditures, payments, and reimbursements.
  • Serve as building manager for 70 Vernon Street and order supplies.
  • Oversee student research grants and fellowships and advise on projects.
  • Promote graduate programs and certificates in urban planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
