University of Redlands seeks an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions. The role executes enrollment strategy, represents academic programs and financial aid to prospective students and counselors, and travels to recruit across the U.S. and abroad.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree required.
2 years of professional experience, ideally in higher education.
A valid California Class C driver’s license is required.

Communicates the value of a liberal arts and science education.
Represents the university at high schools, college fairs, and community-based organizations.
Guides prospective students through the admissions process via telephone, email, print, virtual, and in person communications.
Manages a recruitment territory, develops a plan, and supports enrollment.
Conducts interviews and information sessions on campus for prospective students and families.
Organizes on- and off-campus admissions events throughout the year.
Counsels prospective students on programs, admissions procedures, and financial aid.
Trains new admission counselors and supports yield campaigns.
Travel four to eight weeks each academic year; travel may extend across the U.S. and abroad.
