Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school required.
• New York State Pharmacist licensure required.
• PGY1 and PGY2 residency training or equivalent for hire.
• Board certification in Pharmacotherapy or related specialty within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transplant pharmacy activities and oversight across NYU Langone Health.
• Lead pharmacy informatics and IT initiatives, including Epic order verification enhancements.
• Manage transplant-focused clinical pharmacy services inpatient and outpatient.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and pharmacoeconomic consultation.
• Serve as Residency Program Director for PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy Residency.
