Job summary

Air Force Academy Athletics Corporation in Colorado Springs is seeking an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations to lead the ticket office for Volleyball and Women’s Basketball, supervise staff, and manage the Paciolan system.

You will coordinate with marketing and fundraising teams, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to event planning and community engagement initiatives. A bachelor's degree and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of customer service.
• Basic office equipment and computer skills.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and set up ticket office equipment (approximately 25lb).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Office supervisor for Volleyball and Women’s Basketball events, including scheduling and supervision on event days.
• Oversee and administer Paciolan online ticketing system (e.Venue) and online renewal applications.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise gameday and part-time staff.
• Coordinate with marketing on the creation of barcodes for general admission events.
• Work with Falcon Athletic Fund, Ticket Sales, Marketing, and Communications on plans and timelines.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Air Force Ticket Office.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up to ensure assistance.
• Maintain the Air Force Tickets email account and online chat.
• Attend community events to promote Air Force Athletics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
