Job summary

University of Wisconsin–Madison is seeking a Program Coordinator for Student Success within the Centers for Student Success and Belonging. You will support operations, create engaging training workshops, and lead a team of student interns focusing on peer education, while partnering with campus partners to develop resources.

The role emphasizes building intercultural education initiatives, enhancing belonging, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment across departments.

Responsibilities

• Writes, edits, and publishes content for communications and marketing initiatives.
• Organizes student-focused programming and resources for educational initiatives.
• Develops designated programs to support the Centers for Student Success and Belonging.
• Creates schedules, logistics, and resources for student affairs programs and services.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on student affairs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops training, resources, and services to increase intercultural education and community building.
• Generates and analyzes program and unit outcome reports.
• Supervises and mentors student interns to develop their skills.
