Responsibilities

30% - Student Services: Provide leadership and oversight for student services, interpret policies, assess needs, and coordinate support and referrals.
20% - Communication & Event Management: Lead student communications and major events, maintain handbook and calendars, and coordinate logistics with stakeholders.
20% - Academic Affairs: Monitor academic progress, coordinate interventions, and ensure documentation and processes align with policies and accreditation.
15% - Career & Professional Development: Lead career planning and development initiatives, assist with CV reviews, interviews, networking, and employment prep.
10% - Strategic Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and support strategic plan objectives.
5% - Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional duties to support the College’s mission.
