Marist College invites applications for an Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Enhancement in the Academic Enhancement department to support over 600 student-athletes with academic advising, tutoring, and study facilities. The role focuses on academic support and development.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years in student-athlete support; a valid driver’s license is required. Advanced degree preferred; Banner experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years experience in student-athlete support.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and proficiency with computer technologies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be a team player.

Aufgaben

• Monitor progress toward graduation and NCAA eligibility.
• Regularly communicate with coaches regarding student progress and needs.
• Provide student-athlete development programming (personal enhancement, leadership, career readiness).
• Participate in on-campus recruiting activities and provide information on support services.
• Coordinate nominations for academic awards and honors.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
