The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in public works design and project management. This position plays a key role in enhancing the city's infrastructure and community service.

Qualifications

• 8 years of professional experience in public works design and construction.
• 4 years of management experience in a local or county government environment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of the Street Department.
• Implement policies and strategies that support city priorities.
• Supervise professional and technical staff.
• Manage resources and operations for assigned divisions.
