Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Miami Beach is seeking an Assistant Spa Director to lead a premium spa team and ensure seamless, high-end guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and maintain the serenity and efficiency our guests expect.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar spa role, a massage therapy license is highly preferred, and a post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus. Strong communication and a willingness to adapt to a 24-hour operation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in spa/hospitality.
• Massage Therapy license highly preferred.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations and track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible and able to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
