Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three or more years of higher education or related field experience.
• Master's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Experience in residence life preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of residence life projects and programs.
• Coordinate Learning Community recruitment, onboarding, and assignments.
• Develop training for Resident Advisors and professional staff.
• Collaborate with campus partners to improve staff recruitment and training.
• Oversee on-call crisis response and student support processes.
• Plan staff meetings, manage budgets, and communicate with stakeholders.
