Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Resident Advisors (6-16).
• Develop and facilitate ongoing in-service staff training.
• Organize weekly RA staff meetings and supervise ARCD if applicable.
• Advise residential programming board and support LLC programs.
• Manage residential area budget and departmental accounting.
• Provide crisis intervention and 24/7 on-call coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with staff/faculty to promote learning in living communities.
