Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Residence Life projects and assessments.
• Coordinate Learning Community recruitment, onboarding, and course management.
• Develop and implement RA recruitment, training, and development plans.
• Manage budgets for the Residence Life functional area and related committees.
• Collaborate with campus partners and internal/external stakeholders.
• Supervise staff and participate in on-call leadership rotations.
