Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience in residence life preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, tracks, and analyzes data for residential life including first-year, first-generation, and underrepresented students' success.
• Coordinates Learning Community faculty recruitment and onboarding.
• Develops recruitment, selection, and training plan for Resident Advisors (RAs).
• Communicates elements of the functional area with internal and external stakeholders.
