Learning Care Group in New Jersey seeks an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you’ll have sole responsibility for the school and for promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

You will ensure compliance with company and state licensing standards, foster a caring, safe learning environment, recruit and retain quality staff, and help build a positive image of Learning Care

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Required BA degree and Early Childhood/Child Care Experience.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $22.78/starting hourly based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
