Job summary

La Petite Academy in Henderson, NV is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the School Director in the safe, effective operation of the school and to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. You will lead daily activities, ensure licensing compliance, and support teachers and families in a positive, nurturing environment.

The role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and dedication to profitability while maintaining program quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $17.69 - $18.37 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
