Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director, and to assume sole responsibility in the Director's absence. You will help promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in a supportive setting.

The role emphasizes accountability, safety, and staff development, with a focus on maintaining a positive image of the company in the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Associates in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents.
• Promote growth of children's social, physical, and intellectual development.
• In Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
