Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help operate the school safely and effectively alongside the School Director, ensuring the safety vision is met and children's growth is supported.

The Assistant Director will assume full responsibility in the Director's absence, promoting social, physical, and intellectual development while upholding licensing standards and working to recruit and retain quality staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates Degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• (In the Director’s absence) assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
