Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to support the School Director in the safe, effective operation of the school and to promote the growth and well‑being of the children we serve.

The role emphasizes a caring, educational environment, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring state licensing standards are met, with opportunities for growth through our Master Teacher Program.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates Degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center/school operation.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates Degree in ECE or related field is preferred
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
