Qualifications

• NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Clinical understanding of Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction.
• Experience with crisis intervention, risk assessments and incident management.
• Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; familiarity with Access databases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leaders and provide regular supervision meetings for direct reports.
• Implement outreach and engagement strategies to identify street homeless individuals and connect them with services.
• Support high-quality service delivery with housing-first and harm-reduction approaches and crisis interventions.
• Coordinate care with multiple providers, including transitional housing teams.
• Guide incident management and ensure timely documentation to oversight entities.
• Promote housing placement readiness and collaborate with external partners for service planning.
