Job summary

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Assistant Director of Outpatient Services to lead clinical operations across our PHP and IOP programs and supervise the outpatient team in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work, be licensed or eligible for AZ licensure within 90 days, and have at least three years of supervisory experience with strong focus on treatment planning, documentation, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Therapy or related field.
• Licensed or able to obtain licensure in AZ within 90 days.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must obtain AZ Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and be eligible for CPR and First Aid Certification. Must complete Handle with Care training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient program services and supervise clinical staff.
• Collaborate with Director of Clinical Services on planning, development, implementation and evaluation of clinical services.
• Develop and direct individualized treatment plans involving patients and families.
• Lead educational, therapeutic, process, or support groups; manage admissions, discharges, and transfers; ensure timely documentation per regulatory standards.
• Meet with Director and staff regularly to ensure program goals and objectives.
• Ensure adequate supervision and evaluation processes for all staff, including scheduling and discipline.
