The Salvation Army Haven Heights location in Redmond seeks an Assistant Director to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure contractual compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory/managerial roles in social services.
• Experience supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in shelter/residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Haven Heights site and staff.
• Ensure contract compliance and policy guidance for program staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and staff training.
• Develop reports and analytics for program performance.
• Collaborate with community partners and local agencies.
