The Assistant Director of Prevention Education designs and implements a wide variety of health promotion and education programs for campus and community outreach. Responsibilities include analysis of data, selecting appropriate methods, and acting as a California Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Counselor providing brief crisis assessment and intake support. The role may also provide backup for the survivor support team.
Compensation: Full salary range $73,600 – $133,200; expected pay up to $95,000 annually. Salary decisions based on education, licensure, certifications, experience, and organizational needs.

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data and situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Duties also include acting in the capacity of a California Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Counselor for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking by providing brief crisis assessment and intake support to community members. Position may also provide back-up or fill-in support for survivor support team when needed.
