Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five (5) years of related work experience.
• Must meet security and integrity requirements per EO-GA-48.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and company objectives.
• Assists leadership in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic plans, policies, and procedures.
• Supervises and mentors Graduate Research Assistants, guiding productivity and development.
• Manages department budgets, monitors expenses, and prepares progress reports for senior leadership.
• Acts as primary contact between Director, staff and external stakeholders or clients.
• Ensures activities comply with university requirements and internal policies.
• Leads special projects to improve organizational efficiency.
• Acts as Director in absence, making key decisions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
