You will supervise security personnel, ensure client safety, privacy, and continuity of daily life through proactive threat mitigation and coordinated protective services.

Requirements include a Valid California Guard Card, current licenses, First Aid/CPR/AED, a CA Driver License, and prior supervisory experience in security.

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card.
• Licenses and trainings must be current for you and the team.
• First Aid / CPR / AED Certification.
• Valid CA Driver License.
• High school diploma or equivalent; security or law enforcement training preferred.
• Prior experience supervising security officers/guards.
• Experience in residential security assessments and risk analysis in high‑stakes environments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for security team with discretion.
• Manage daily activities of security officers for consistent coverage.
• Conduct residential security assessments and routine property inspections.
• Enforce access control procedures and guest/staff coordination.
• Plan protective operations for daily movements, events, and travel.
• Conduct advance work, site surveys, and threat assessments.
