Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required.
• RN license in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Responsibilities

• Identifying patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and their support systems.
• Fostering a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
