Job summary

Wesleyan Village in Elyria, OH seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with the DON and support our 99-bed skilled nursing facility. The role is full-time and requires an Ohio RN license and an associate degree in nursing.

The ADON will help manage nursing operations, support budgeting, implement quality and infection prevention programs, and lead regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• As a candidate, you must have an Ohio RN license and an Associate degree in Nursing or higher.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an ADON in Skilled Nursing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to coordinate with DON and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing personnel comply with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing nursing department budgets.
• Implement quality improvement policies and infection prevention policies.
• Lead surveillance and reporting of infections and coordinate prevention activities.
