Job description

Allisonville Meadows is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team!

Experience in long-term care is strongly preferred.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-4:30pm)
On-call rotation required.

The Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) is responsible and accountable for resident care according to professional nursing standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. In collaboration with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS), develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies that align with current clinical practices, professional standards, and company philosophy, consistent with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, staff, and customers
  • Availability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a valid RN license
  • At least one year of professional nursing experience in a long-term care setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in nursing service administration or a comparable management role is preferred
