Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is a psychiatric hospital providing inpatient mental health services. Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in South Carolina (unencumbered).
• Current BLS and First Aid Certification.
• Required experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• Managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Director of Nursing in daily nursing care management and staff supervision.
• Lead and mentor RNs, LPNs, MHTs, and ancillary staff, providing leadership and administrative direction.
