Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing by planning, organizing, and overseeing the Nursing Service Department's daily functions. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards under direction of the Executive Director, Medical Director, or Director of Health Services.

You will coordinate the clinical team, support staffing models, and contribute to surveys and accreditation, while maintaining high-quality

Formación

• Must hold a current, valid RN license and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills are expected.
• Experience in long-term care or hospital settings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the DON to select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
• Coordinate nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders.
• Perform administrative duties such as charting, forms, reports, and audits.
• Support QAPI program development and maintenance.
• Assist in facility surveys and accreditation processes.
