Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee the Nursing Services Department at our Health Campus in Englewood, OH. The DON ensures quality care under the guidance of the Executive Director/Administrator and Medical Director.

You will direct planning, evaluation, QA programs, and facility surveys, while leading a clinical team and ensuring regulatory compliance in a Thrive benefits environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification.
• Associate or advanced Nursing degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant nursing leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the nursing service department in compliance with applicable rules and guidelines.
• Leads the clinical team with a focus on clinical and customer service excellence.
• Develops and maintains a continuing quality assurance program and action plans to address deficiencies.
• Participates in facility surveys and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
