Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) at Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation to lead clinical staff and ensure high-quality resident care. The role supports the Director of Nursing Services in developing and maintaining nursing policies and procedures aligned with professional standards and state regulations.

The ADNS will uphold C.A.R.E. values, work to inspire excellence in nursing practice, and collaborate with staff, residents, and families to deliver

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
• Experience leading clinical staff and fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong communication with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Assumes delegated responsibility for resident care according to professional nursing standards.
• Develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies and procedures reflecting current clinical practice and corporate policies.
• Coordinates with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure compliance with Federal/State laws and company policies.
