• Responsible for Infection Prevention and Control, ensuring a safe environment

Position Summary

Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining records, and training staff. Manage the Nursing department within budget in the absence of the DON. Follow all policies and procedures. Subject to on-call rotation.

This is a working manager position, requiring time on the floor with residents and staff.

Education and Experience:

• Current RN license
