Sunrise Senior Living seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing Services to support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing center. The ADNS will oversee clinical care, participate in care planning, and ensure regulatory compliance to drive resident-centered outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and 1+ year supervisory experience in skilled nursing. Strong leadership, communication, and infection prevention skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• 1+ year supervisory experience in skilled nursing
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and RAI process
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in infection prevention and quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical care and services
• Participate in care planning, RAI processes, and case management
• Monitor documentation, medication administration, and MAR/TAR audits
• Lead infection control practices and safety compliance
• Conduct daily rounds and collaborate with physicians
